FOXTAIL MEADOWS
Beginning in the Fall of 2023, NHR and Tru-Built Construction will be offering homes in a new subdivision developed by Hoppe Development. About 30 homes will be built with 14 to be sold to home buyers at or below 120% Area Medium Income. The new neighborhood will be located in southwest Lincoln east of South Folsom Street between West Pioneers Blvd. and West Old Cheney Road.
