Nebraska Housing Resource (NHR) provides direct support to help income-eligible households achieve affordable homeownership. Through public-private partnerships and state funding, we offer down payment assistance and support for home purchases in high-need areas.
These programs help reduce up-front costs and ensure long-term affordability for households earning less than 120% of area median income (AMI).
